What we do
- We make the visa application experience understandable by advising you of the requirements and the process
- We review and confirm information in order to allow for well-based decisions
- We realistically evaluate an applicant's prospects, based on published criteria and the applicant's ties to their home country
- We assist with the preparation and presentation of applications to enhance positive outcomes
- We ensure that, when embassies and consulates receive applications that we have facilitated, the applications are complete, properly presented and suitable for immediate processing.
Our global visa professionals have prepared numerous applications, and have hands-on knowledge and
experience. We are familiar with local conditions and can address the special challenges encountered by
visa applicants from developing countries.
What we cannot do
We cannot expedite interview appointments or the processing of visa applications, nor can we decide the
merits of an application for a visa or guarantee the issuance of a visa. We do not have any special
relationships with the embassies and consulates and we have no access beyond that available to the public.
